KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling recruitment process – Understanding Requirements, sourcing, identifying, screening, calling, negotiating and submitting candidates for assigned requisitions to accounts Manager for Direct Clients (Permanent Staffing – Non-IT)
- Searching candidates in various portals like Monster, Career builder, Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Successfully sourcing candidates through direct & indirect channels, internet job sites and social media.
- Built and maintaining a well-qualified pool of available candidates. Multi-tasking skills to work on multiple requirements.
- Maintaining resume database, trackers, and reports.
- Capable of working independently and in teams with people at all levels.
- Scheduling interview and doing follow-ups. Negotiate compensation and pay-rate of Candidates.
- Submit screened and short-listed profile/resumes to accounts manager/client for technical evaluation.
- Monitored all the requirements, call logs, recruitment status, etc. in spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Responsible for keeping daily track of candidates submitted, interviewed and feedback from Manager.
- Participate in weekly group meeting conducted between recruitment teams and discuss recruitment status and issues. Experience with ATS (Application Tracking Systems) like Oorwin.
- Posting job requirements on Job portals and work closely with Account Managers.
